Check if one of these resolves your issue before submitting a request.
Try these steps in order: (1) Force-quit the app by swiping up from the app switcher. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check for app updates in the App Store. (4) If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app — your subscription will restore automatically. If none of these work, submit a request below.
Go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Verify that FedAssess shows an active subscription. If it does but the app doesn't reflect it, try: (1) Sign out and back into your Apple ID. (2) Restart the app. (3) Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings if available. Apple may take a few minutes to sync subscription status after a purchase.
The AI uses the performance standards you provide to generate narratives. For best results: (1) Make sure your performance elements are entered accurately and completely. (2) Provide specific, detailed accomplishments — the more detail you give, the better the output. (3) Review and edit the generated text; it's a starting point, not a final draft. The AI improves with more context.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find FedAssess, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Silver Bison does not process payments directly — all billing goes through Apple.
FedAssess is currently designed for iPhone. iPad compatibility may be available as an iPhone app running on iPad, but the interface is optimized for iPhone screen sizes. A dedicated iPad and Mac version is under consideration for future development.
